Héloïse & Abélard

Héloïse Schapiro is the founder of Héloïse & Abélard, the pioneering House of Recycled Jewellery in France, based in Paris. The story of H&A begins with the myth of Heloise and Abelard, two lovers madly in love in the 12th century. Named Héloïse in reference to this passionate love affair, the designer gave birth to Héloïse & Abélard in 2019, after 10 years of experience within the great jewellery houses of Place Vendôme, with the aim of restoring the eternal character of gold and diamonds, and thus proposing a desirable, but more responsible jewellery. Héloïse's vision is simple: diamonds are indestructible and gold can be recycled endlessly. Why not, as before, reuse what exists rather than extract it. Héloïse imagines asymmetrical diamond compositions that dance on women's skin. Little metal, but the diamond magnified, lightness in total security. Héloïse & Abélard offers a new jewellery line that is truly ethical because it is circular - recycled from hight quality old-fashioned jewellery, made locally in Paris, with a unique asymmetrical and timeless style, for all women in search of creative, sustainable and responsible jewellery!
