The online purchase of a jewel can be tricky and if it does not suit you fully, we offer simple solutions for the return or exchange of our pieces.
WHITEbIRD is committed to providing only high-quality products. Nevertheless, should you for any reason want to return an item, you may choose to exchange it or to return it for a full refund.
Holiday extended exchanges
For all orders between November 29th and December 22nd, benefit from an extended return period until January 5th.
For all returns conditions below remain.
Items may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods (28 days if you live in the USA). The return shipping costs will be at your charge. However, in case of an exchange, we offer free shipping for your new order if you live in the EU.
Please note, in case of a return from the UK or the USA, VAT and duties will bot be refunded.
We will refund the same way the original payment was made. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days following the reception of your return. WHITEbIRD reserves the right to deduct bank charges and commissions due to the payment method.
In the event of a return, some conditions must be respected :
- Returned jewellery must arrive unworn, in pristine condition and in their original packaging
- Engraved or resized jewels cannot be exchanged nor refunded. If the size of a ring does not suit, although it has already been resized, a second resizing is possible but will be at the customer's charge. The cost starts at 50€ but may vary upon the ring.
- The jewel was not specially ordered for the customer
