WHITEbIRD Second Hand is an elegant, ethical and responsible way to pass on a piece of jewellery you no longer wear. We give it back its place — within the setting of a house renowned for its exacting standards, taste and curated selection.
This service is for those who wish to give value to a singular piece while supporting a circular approach, in line with our commitments.
1. Send us your request by email or bring your piece to our boutique
By email (secondhand@whitebirdjewellery.com), please include:
Your contact details
A description of the piece (designer name, category, materials, condition)
High-quality photos (from at least three different angles)
The original invoice
Your desired selling price
In-store: we accept your piece on consignment for evaluation.
We accept jewellery:
in 14k gold or higher
platinum or silver with a minimum original purchase value of €500
only from designers we currently carry or have carried in the past.
2. Evaluation and processing of your jewellery
We review your request within 72 business hours. If the piece meets our criteria, we either keep it in-store or give you the green light to send it via secure delivery, at your own cost.
Following a quality inspection and possible restoration (upon quote and at your expense), we propose a fair selling price to be agreed together.
Your piece is then added to our second-hand circuit and displayed in store, in a dedicated window.
If it remains unsold three months after being consigned, you may either retrieve it or extend the consignment period.
3. Receive your store credit or payment
Once your piece is sold and the legal 14-day withdrawal period has passed, you can choose:
to receive store credit for the full amount of the sale, valid for 6 months in-store and online,
or to receive payment via bank transfer, with a 25% commission deducted from the final selling price.
