After seven years spent discovering and championing some of the most talented independent jewellery designers within her three Paris boutiques, Stéphanie Roger, founder of WHITEbIRD, launched the first in-house collection in September 2017. A natural evolution, shaped by nearly thirty years of experience in fine jewellery and a daily dialogue with those who wear her pieces.
This initial collection laid the foundations for a jewellery line defined by understated elegance and versatility. In 2022, it evolved into We by WHITEbIRD. The name reflects the collective spirit behind the project, bringing together retail teams, creative and marketing departments, trusted partners, and skilled workshops. “WE” also echoes the two letters found within WHITEbIRD itself, affirming the brand’s origin and shared identity.
We by WHITEbIRD collections are designed to inhabit a woman’s jewellery box throughout her life. Essential pieces that move effortlessly between styles and moments, from everyday simplicity to more dressed-up occasions, across all seasons. This vision is inspired by the many facets of womanhood as it evolves over time — a source of constant inspiration for Stéphanie Roger, who, while attentive to trends, has always sought to go beyond them.
Designed to be worn every day or to mark meaningful moments, the pieces are defined by pure lines enhanced with subtle, considered details. Matte, brushed and polished textures animate surfaces in 18k or 14k gold. Rings are set with familiar gemstones, chosen for their distinctive colours and unconventional cuts.
Alongside recurring lines of hoops, studs and bracelets designed to become everyday companions, the collections also feature more singular creations: the Grace ring, built around a favourite stone, or the Dancing Drop necklace, composed of a gradient of green and blue cabochons.
Naturally rooted in its time, We by WHITEbIRD follows a sincere and progressive approach to responsibility, moving step by step towards more ethical sourcing. The brand works exclusively with diamonds certified by the Kimberley Process and natural gemstones, affirming a thoughtful vision of contemporary fine jewellery.
