The following recap chart displays our shipping conditions depending on your country of residency, price of your order and delivery times.
If your country is not listed, do not hesitate to contact us.

 • Collect-in-stores: All orders can be collected in our stores as soon as the payment has been approved, on the same day as your order or on the following day.

Delivery within Europe:

Zone 1 : Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands

Zone 2 : Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czsch Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

Zone 3 : Norway, Switzerland

• Delivery to North America:

We can use Collissimo for a delivery to the US and Canada for orders until 700€.

• Delivery outside of Europe and North America:

It is possible for the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Australia, Bahrein, DOM, UAE, Hong-Kong, Japan, Koweit, Lebanon, Macau, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan

For orders exceeding 2000€, shipping is complimentary and packages are sent with FedEx.

• Customs: For deliveries to countries outside of Europe, the French VAT (20%) will be automatically deducted from your invoice.
Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or taxes of State may be due.
The costs and taxes related to the delivery of an item are not billed by, nor part of WHITE bIRD Jewellery's responsibility, but are dependent on and borne by you.

• Insurance: All of our deliveries are insured no matter the transport company or the value of the order.

• Delivery tracking: We personally track all of our shipments. Additionally, we will provide you with a tracking number for your parcel as soon as it leaves the store, allowing you to track it yourself at any time.
