Before you place your order

You are discovering our e-shop and are about to place an order ?

Do I have to create an account to place an order ?

In order to place an order, you can either create an account or place it as a guest.

What payment methods do you offer on the WHITE bIRD e-shop ?

Our payment are secured and we accept credit card, via our partner Stripe. You may also use Paypal with your account or simply with a credit card.

If needed a wire transfer is also possible. In this case, we invite you to contact us at contact .

Certificate of authenticity

We aim to establish trusted relationships with our customers. We therefore include a certificate in the packaging featuring the name of the designer and, when there is, the individual number of the piece.

The full description of the jewel (stones set and their carat weights, nature of the precious metal ...) will be written on the invoice you will receive by email when your order is shipped.

Does WHITE bIRD offer on sales pieces ?

We offer all year long a selection of jewels from our archives, at reduced prices.

Those jewels can be found on our home page, on the Archive section of the menu.

Where can I get my order delivered ?

We ship all around the world, in most European countries, in North America, Australia and many countries in Asia and Middle East.

Where do the jewels come from ?

On each designer's page, you can discover where they are from, where is their workshop and where they source their metal and stones.

Most of the jewels bearing the WHITE bIRD brand are manufactured in a small workshop in Bangkok, Thailand, founded more than 10 years ago and still runned by a French fine jeweler. By travelling there two or three times a year to develop new collections, our founder Stéphanie is also checking the maintenance of the excellent working conditions that she originally appreciated when concluding this partnership. The jewels not made there are manufactured in France and Italy.

Once my order is placed, can I change it ?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the informations regarding your order. 

You cannot cancel or modify it online.

After placing your order

You have now placed your order, and while waiting for its delivery you have a few questions ?

When will my order be shipped ?

We ship orders within 2 business days, very often the same day. 

In case your order needs personalization or resizing, the shipping will take 2 to 3 additional business days. You will be informed by email as soon as your parcel is ready to go.

How can I track my order ?

Once your order is ready to go, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
You can also find this tracking number in your account, if you created one.

If you order is delivered by courier, we previously discuss a time slot so you can know exactly when to expect the delivery.

Is the shipping of my order insured ?

All of our deliveries are insured no matter the transport company or the value of the order.

Does the delivery of my order require a signature ?

All of our eliveries (by Fedex, DHL or Colissimo) require a signature. 

Deliveries by courier require a signature also. The courier can leave the delivery with you, a designated other, or a doorman. They cannot deliver to a mailbox.

How can I resize my ring ?

If the ring you received is not quite the right size, you can usually have it resized. 

You can either ship it back to us so we ask our workshop to resize it for you, or have it resized at a local jeweler near you.

How can I return my order ?

Should you for any reason want to return your order, you may choose to exchange it or to return it for a full refund.

Items may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the items must be returned in a tracked parcel, whose tracking number you can share with us at, so we can keep an eye on the parcel until we receive it.

The return shipping costs will be at your charge. However, in case of an exchange, we offer free shipping for your new order. Returned jewellery must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in their original packaging and with the security label still attached.

We kindly inform you that we cannot accept returns on engraved or resized jewels, as well as on special orders.
