Returns and exchanges

The online purchase of a jewel can be tricky and if it does not suit you fully, we offer simple solutions for the return or exchange of our pieces.

WHITE bIRD is committed to providing only high-quality products. Nevertheless, should you for any reason want to return an item, you may choose to exchange it or to return it for a full refund.

Items may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return shipping costs will be at your charge. However, in case of an exchange, we offer free shipping for your new order.

We will refund by way of the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days to complete following the reception of your return. WHITE bIRD reserves the right to deduct any additional bank charges and commissions connected with the method of payment.

In the event of a return, some conditions must be met : 

- Returned jewellery must arrive unworn, in pristine condition and in their original packaging

- Engraved or resized jewels cannot be exchanged nor refunded

- The jewel must not have been subjected to a special order (that is to say the jewel was not part of our selection)

In order to return a jewel, we kindly ask that you first contact us at contact@whitebirdjewellery.com to inform us.
