Pascale Monvoisin
Although she is now based in Paris, Pascale has always taken a bird’s eye view of a life lived in all four corners of the earth. She is an air hostess turned jewellery designer, and it was in Jaipur, India, that she fell for the charm of earth’s treasures: precious stones.
Pascale has a taste for variation, rejoicing in the small imperfections that mark her pieces, which are handmade by Indian craftsmen. Her creations exist somewhere between here and elsewhere, and they are endowed with the soul and personality of a seasoned traveller. They are talismans in 9 or 14 carat gold with a soft shine that use bakelite, rutilated quartz, rock crystal, labradorite or turquoise, Pascale’s favourite stone... Inspired by the great female figures of 19th century literature, 20th century design and contemporary pop stars, Pascale traces a free and singular path in contemporary jewellery.
