Nikollë Radi
Based in New York, Nikollë Radi is a master jeweller originally from the former Yugoslavia. He built his earliest memories in his parents’ small jewellery workshop — a space that quickly became his favourite playground. In war-torn Croatia, the young Nikollë would disassemble ammunition just to understand how it was made, later transforming these violent fragments into delicate pendants. His passion for jewellery led him to study in specialised schools in Zagreb before settling in New York in 2006.
His workshop operates as a true laboratory of craftsmanship, where he constantly experiments, invents new techniques, and even engineers his own tools. Like a modern-day alchemist, gold and platinum filigree take shape under his hands, often set with precious stones, becoming pieces whose delicacy and strength seem to defy the laws of physics.
