Fernando Jorge
Brazilian born with Lebanese roots, London based and globally renowned, Fernando Jorge creates jewellery that encapsulate his multi-cultural background and looks to expand the boundaries of jewellery design. While his home country is still celebrated in each of his designs, he has been operating between two ‘homes’ for many years. London and São Paulo have equipped him with a unique point of view. An alumni of Central Saint Martins, he completed the MA Degree in Jewellery Design with distinction in 2010. Since then, Fernando has released 11 collections under his namesake brand, all of which have his vigour and spirit. Fernando Jorge is a contemporary fine Jewellery brand established in London in 2011. The designer works with highly experienced artisans in Italy and Brazil, harnessing their skills to realize his designs. Each of his collections tells a story, while being part of a wider narrative that expresses love of nature, respect for traditional craft and the vibrancy of Brazilian culture.
